1. 適用範囲

本規約は、Mokumo (モクモ) が提供するすべてのサービス (ウェブサイト、モバイルアプリ、API 等) の利用に適用されます。

2. サービス内容

Mokumo (モクモ) は、思考を構造化するマインドマップサービスです。雑多な断片を Dump し、Grow で関係性を発見し、Shape でマインドマップとして構造化できます。

3. アカウント

サービスの利用にはアカウント登録が必要です。アカウント情報の正確性の維持はユーザーの責任です。

4. 禁止事項

• 法令に違反する行為
• 他のユーザーへの妨害行為
• サービスの逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリング
• 不正アクセスの試行

5. 知的財産権

ユーザーが作成したコンテンツの著作権はユーザーに帰属します。サービスのソフトウェア・デザインの著作権は運営者に帰属します。

6. サブスクリプションと解約

有料プランは Stripe を通じた月額・年額課金です。解約はいつでも可能で、現在の請求期間の終了まで利用を継続できます。

7. 免責事項

サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。データの損失やサービスの中断について、法律で許容される範囲で責任を負いません。

8. 準拠法および管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

9. 規約の改定

本規約を改定する場合、アプリ内通知またはメールで事前に通知し、アプリ内で改定後の規約への同意 (clickwrap) を求めます。同意がない場合、改定前にサービスの利用を終了できます。

1. Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by Mokumo (website, mobile apps, APIs, etc.).

2. Service Description

Mokumo is a thought-structuring mind map service. Dump fragmented ideas, discover relationships through Grow, and structure them as mind maps through Shape.

3. Accounts

Account registration is required. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Violating applicable laws
• Interfering with other users
• Reverse engineering the service
• Attempting unauthorized access

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain copyright of their created content. Software and design copyrights belong to the operator.

6. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancellation is available anytime, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Tokyo District Court as the court of exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Amendments

We will notify users of amendments via in-app notification or email. Continued use requires clickwrap acceptance of the revised terms. Users may discontinue use before amendments take effect.
